RELEASE YOUR STRESS.

Feelin freaked? Two - seconds tips to get your day back on track.

1) take a "vacation" close your eyes and imagine a place where you feel safe and realxed. Let yourselft to really BE there. Think what makes that place so special for you. Take deep breath and open your eyes.

2) keep a bottle of ylang ylang essential oil in your room. Take of sniff of this anxiety reliver when you start getttin twitchy.

3) Scream like a lion !!!. Scratch your face and squeeze your whole body tight, then release everything wide with a sound, sticking your tongue out as far as you can.

4) decoreate your space with fresh flowers. Its a symbol of beauty and life.

5) give yourself a neck massage.

6) meditate on your breath. As you inhale think "breathin in" and as you exhale think "breathing out"

7) try a mudra when you mediatate. Mudras are symbolic hand positions which channel the flow of energy.

8) strech your legs. If possible go outside and take a brief walk.

9) try a reflexology.

10) press play, put your favorite song.

11) light a candle.

12) take a shower... very long shower.:)
